Set a little further back from the water’s edge, our one-and-only Waterview Grand Suite, which is our ADA Accessible King room, offers views of the outer harbor. Featuring a spacious private balcony, this large, 500 square foot, two-room suite offers larger pathways for wheelchair accessibility, grab bars positioned for safe access to our shower, bathtub and toilet, and a custom granite countertop two sink vanity that allows a wheelchair to maneuver under. This suite is, in addition to all of our other guest rooms and suites, is located on the second floor and is accessible by elevator.

The spacious bedroom features a plush King bed draped in luxurious bedding from Comphy and pillows from Cuddledown of Maine. The living room features a full size sofa sleeper, leather lounge chair with ottoman, and an executive desk and chair. The spa-inspired bathroom includes radiant floor heat, a two-sink granite vanity with lighted makeup mirror, custom designed marble and glass enclosed shower with European-style shower column, and a separate deep soaking Jacuzzi tub.
